Prompts pulled from 150+ published posts per week

Hey!
Welcome to Social Files—your no-BS guide to generating demand for your B2B product using social & content.
Hope you had a great weekend. Per usual, spent my time reading. I just finished Howling Dark, and moved on to Book 3 of the Sun Eater series, Demon in White. I’m fully hooked now. If you're looking for a science-fantasy read, highly recommend picking it up.
Also chipped away at the first draft of my own science fiction novel. More soon!
Ok. Time for B2B content talks—what you're here for. Today, I want to give you a simple list of 25 content ideas you can steal. No fluff, just prompts you can use to generate winning LinkedIn posts.
Shall we?

25 winning founder-led content ideas
Prompts pulled from 150+ published posts per week

I talk to 15-20 founders every month who want to start posting founder-led content on LinkedIn. They all have the same problem: “I have no idea what to post about!”
Let’s fix that. Here is a curated list of 25 LinkedIn content ideas. My agency, Compound, produces 150+ pieces of content every week for the platform and generates millions of impressions every month for our clients. These ideas work.

AI for ICP. How should [ICP] use AI for [use case]?
Customer Conversation Insights. Tell me about a recent conversation you've had with a customer or prospect that stood out to you. It could be something surprising that they said, an objection they had, etc.

Lead Magnet. Share a valuable lead magnet and use the “Comment for X” CTA to distribute it via LinkedIn. Send the link to download via DM.
Personal Interest Post. Tell me about an interest or hobby you have outside of company-building. This could be endurance sports, playing a musical instrument, etc. It can be a lifelong pursuit or something you've picked up more recently. How has that impacted you as a founder?

BONUS: Co-founder Origin Story. How did you meet you co-founder? What made you two a strong fit? Is there a specific anecdote or memory from the early days that highlights this?
BONUS: Industry Trend Observation: How do you think about competition when building [company]? Do you pay attention to competitors at all? Why or why not?
Bookmark these. Use them. And read this essay next to better understand how to troubleshoot your weak hooks. Hope this helps 🙂
PS: By the way, if you want to go from blank page to solid first draft in seconds, try using Bluecast. I might be biased, but it’s like having a cracked Content Writer on your team for $29 a month.
